Como has recently finished delivering the refurbishment of British multinational insurance company – Aviva’s – global headquarters in London. Works on the project were carried out in the fully occupied building, located in the heart of the city.
Como has delivered the fit-out of level 21 at Salesforce Tower in London for leading American law firm, Proskauer Rose.
Today, The Mary Rose Museum at the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, reopened after Como completed a development programme worth £4.5 million.
Como has won a prestigious appointment with Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan to deliver the Cat A fit out of the 24 floors of One Angel Court. Located in the Bank Conservation Area in the heart of the City of London, the development will provide much needed new commercial office and retail space.
Mace’s regional Leeds-based team has completed the fit out of John Lewis’s new flagship shop, which opened its doors to the public last Thursday 20th October. The retailer is the anchor tenant of the new Victoria development in the city centre, and the store represents its first in the city.
On 24th November, the Design Museum will open in its new home on Kensington High Street, forming part of a wider development that has regenerated an area of London, which has laid dormant for over a decade.
