High-calibre staff. Robust and consistent processes used across the world. A detailed understanding of how to conduct business locally along with the ability to do so in the native language.
Our experienced multinational team of experts we have established in Asia Pacific offers the perfect combination of international expertise and local knowledge. We have successfully delivered projects in different sectors and within varying operating environments throughout the region.
We started out in Hong Kong in 2004, and quickly expanded into Australia and Vietnam. From these focal points we have the agility to deploy our teams of expert programme and project managers, facilities management specialists and cost consultants across the region.
In Macau we built the Venetian hotel and resort, Asia’s largest structure (and the world’s second largest building), while in Shanghai, China, we created the Seed Cathedral, the UK’s pavilion at the 2010 World Expo. And in New Zealand we are providing project management services to Auckland International Airport.
We also deliver frameworks and programmes across the region for some of our global clients. Our design and construction services for the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office has helped to breathe new life into its embassies in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, The Philippines and Laos.
Whichever service, whatever sector and wherever in Asia Pacific, the key to our success has been our ability to understand our clients' objectives and then, working closely with them, to act in their best interests throughout the lifecycle of the project.
