Colt first sought our expertise in 2009, to reorganise its London headquarters. Here started a collaboration across the Colt portfolio. Following a successful tender for services in Europe, we launched our bold scheme to standardise its myriad processes into one clear structure.
Gone were the ‘silos’ dotted across Europe with no fixed approach – leading to disjointed customer service – in their place, one centralised management team, providing reliable and high-end service, systems and procedures.
Alongside the added benefit to customers, breaking down national barriers allowed Colt to develop a unified, pan-European team – able to collaborate seamlessly and, in turn, strengthen the company’s brand identity and day-to-day efficiency.
The results spoke for themselves. Improved service, customer satisfaction, plus over 15% cost savings. While Colt’s empire still exists across Europe, this is now achieved by one single, simple and fully integrated workforce.

Booming creative hubSince then, Colt has appointed us to help deliver their slick new London headquarters – a 65,000 square foot building in the capital’s booming creative hub, Shoreditch – an environmentally aware structure that will house up to 750 talented employees.
