The Avenue is a £33m scheme at One Bedford Avenue in London.

As main contractor, we managed the replacement of two outdated office blocks with high-end retail and office accommodation. An art installation on the southwest corner of the building signifies the entrance to Tottenham Court Road.

We implemented a number of sustainable measures into the building, including responsibly sourced UK timber, green roofs, photovoltaic materials to generate electric solar power and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems for power generation.

The building offers an extremely efficient and flexible rectangular floor plate, with natural light on three sides and spectacular views from the upper levels. The office accommodation includes a double height reception and seven office floors all ranging in size. All floors below the top level are sub divisible into two tenancies, providing highly flexible space for a range of occupiers.
