  • Pivotal year for Mace Consult marked by announcement of majority investment by Goldman Sachs Alternatives
  • Double digit growth with major project wins demonstrates a strong foundation for new standalone company focusing purely on managing delivery for clients
  • Forthcoming new strategy being developed and digital optimisation to enable accelerated global growth

Mace's consultancy global revenues for 2025 highlight a year of sustained growth in a landmark year, represented by the announcement of the majority investment from Goldman Sachs Alternatives. Completed in March 2026, Mace Consult is now a standalone company, which aims to set new standards for programme and project delivery.

Now a leading independent company focusing on bringing certainty to the world’s most impactful infrastructure and capital programmes and projects, Mace Consult is looking to embed the new structure and invest following years of consistent growth, which has enabled its consultancy work to generate over US$1 billion in revenue for the first time in 2025.

Mace Consult CEO Davendra Dabasia said:

“2025 was a defining year for Mace Consult. The announcement of the majority investment from Goldman Sachs Alternatives reflected the strength of the business we have built over more than 30 years and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

“As an independent company, our focus now is very clear: to help clients deliver complex programmes with greater certainty. Our performance in 2025, together with major project wins around the world, gives us a strong foundation for the future.

“We now have the opportunity to scale our business, invest in our people and technology, and use the latest digital technologies to help clients achieve better outcomes on programmes that matter.”

Mace Consult’s forthcoming new strategy for growth, which will also look at plans for the brand going forward, will be developed over the coming months and is due to be enacted from next year.

Delivering value for clients and communities worldwide

Mace Consult prioritises outcomes, delivering programmes and projects that stand the test of time, enabling more resilient cities, progress and innovation across the industry, and long-term economic value.

In 2025, examples included the delivery of the first AI-ready and true hyperscale data centre in the Philippines, now delivering faster internet connectivity to more than 87 million people.

Providing seamless collaboration as a client-centric partner, in 2025 Mace Consult secured notable client wins. These included a 4.5-year contract extension with Gateway Development Commission on its US$16 billion Hudson Tunnel Project.

In the UK, meanwhile, Mace Consult was appointed to two of the biggest and most transformative infrastructure opportunities: the government-led New Hospital Programme, and Anglian Water’s £11bn, 15-year capital investment programme.

In APAC, Mace Consult was appointed as Programme Management Partner by Hong Kong’s Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) to deliver the Northern Metropolis, a 30,000 hectare mixed-use mega-programme.

Mace Consult also won significant framework appointments with Network Rail, Transport for Greater Manchester, and United Utilities in the UK, and EirGrid in Ireland, which reflects the company’s strong reputation across mobility and resilience markets.

Targeting strategic acquisitions

In 2025, Mace Consult also completed the acquisition of Turton Bond, a US-based construction consulting firm, providing project management and cost management services to clients across industries.

Now ranked among the top ten programme management firms in America, the acquisition complements Mace Consult’s core four service offerings – Strategic Advisory, Cost and Commercial Management, Programme Management Office (PMO) and Planning, and Programme and Project Management, which enable it to be a fully integrated delivery partner across the lifecycle of a programme.
