Matthew Botelle is Global Project and Programme Management Director at Mace Consult. He is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of delivery excellence across four international hubs, ensuring the organisation continues to lead on giga and mega programmes around the world. His extensive experience in major programme delivery perfectly positions him to advise clients on large-scale infrastructure initiatives, enabling delivery strategies that bring certainty and guarantee successful outcomes. He works closely with our regional teams to strengthen capability and drive consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to client priorities.
Matthew brings over 35 years of experience in infrastructure programme management. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and led the delivery of major transport and infrastructure programmes, with experience spanning Transport for London, HS2 and Dubai Metro. Since joining Mace Consult in 2025, he has worked with clients across all four global hubs, including Anglian Water in the UK, New York’s Hudson Tunnel Project, MTR in Hong Kong and King Salman International Airport in Saudi Arabia.
