Productivity. Transparency. Safety.
Completed in March 2021, Cyberpark was delivered for DLF Ltd. through seamless collaboration with L&T, earning the British Safety Council's Sword of Honour. The 3.6 million sq. ft. development, located off National Highway 8 and less than 10 km from Delhi airport, comprises three interconnected blocks with amenities like a crèche, gym, and food court. The high-glazing façade maximizes natural light with minimal service footprint.
Appointed as project management consultant in 2016, Mace managed design consultants, monitored contractor performance, ensured quality assurance, facilitated stakeholder communication, and liaised with government authorities to accelerate delivery and mitigate delays.
The development features state-of-the-art elevators, a high-security entry system, and key sustainability elements. Half of the rainwater is harvested on-site, and landscape water demand is fully met by recycled water. Low water fixtures reduce overall water requirements by 45%. Energy savings are achieved through efficient HVAC and lighting systems, with solar PV panels offsetting a quarter of the building’s energy costs.
