Mace Consult strengthens partnership with TfL through new PSF3 appointment

Mace Consult has been appointed on six lots of Transport for London’s (TfL) Professional Services Framework 3 (PSF3), reinforcing a longstanding partnership and positioning the business as one of the framework’s leading delivery partners for some of the capital’s most impactful infrastructure programmes.

Under the framework, Mace Consult will provide a broad range of specialist services, including:

Together, these appointments reflect the breadth of capability TfL can now access through PSF3 and ensure the organisation has the specialist expertise required to deliver its most complex programmes successfully.

Mace Consult’s appointment builds on a strong history of working with TfL. Under PSF2, the team supported TfL’s capital programmes across key areas such as programme management, project controls and risk management.

PSF3 is TfL’s primary route for procuring external professional services across its Group companies, the Greater London Authority, functional bodies and London boroughs. It covers a wide range of engineering, planning, project management and commercial disciplines.
PSF3 is designed to drive improved service provision, value for money and more efficient delivery of TfL’s capital programmes.

Martyn Court, Head of Mobility for Europe at Mace Consult, said:

“London is a leading global city, and its transport network must continue to set the standard for world‑class mobility. Our appointment to PSF3 reflects a shared commitment to pushing that standard further. Drawing on deep programme expertise and years of partnership with TfL, we’re ready to help shape the next generation of projects that will keep London moving, competitive and connected for the future.”
