  • Spencer Lamb, CEO, Kao Data
    Spencer Lamb is Chief Executive of Kao Data, leading the growth of AI-ready data centre infrastructure across the UK. He brings over 20 years’ experience in the data centre industry and has driven the company’s expansion in cloud, AI and high-performance computing.

  • Helen Hare, Director of Projects, GPE & President, British Council for Offices
    Helen Hare is Director of Projects at GPE and President of the British Council for Offices, with over 30 years’ experience in the property and construction sector. She leads major development programmes, is a member of the Construction Productivity Taskforce, and champions sustainable, circular approaches to delivery.

    Jason Millett is Chief Executive at Mace Construct, responsible for the organisation’s strategy, growth and delivery. With over 35 years’ experience, he has led major construction and infrastructure programmes across global markets.

    Mark Reynolds is Executive Chairman of Mace Construct and former Chief Executive, having led the business through significant growth into a global consultancy and construction leader.
