Whether we are delivering record-setting skyscrapers, transformative regeneration schemes or large infrastructure programmes, our mission is to continuously pursue a better way and challenge the status quo.

With our new business Mace Tech we embrace cutting edge digital technologies and off-site construction methods leading the charge in the way we deliver buildings. 

Our first project delivered through Mace Tech will be 'N06' at East Village in Stratford, a build-to-rent scheme on the former Olympic village site delivering over 500 new homes.

With Mace Tech we will support our clients’ ambitions, offering faster programmes, higher quality, more sustainable delivery, cost savings and safer construction.

The Mace Tech team will manage the deployment and delivery of advanced offsite sub-assembly construction methods, and N06 marks just the beginning.
