Mark Castle
Non-Executive Director
Mark was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in April 2021. A chartered surveyor, he commenced his career in 1981 and during his 40 years in industry, has held senior leadership and board roles at Wates Group, StructureTone and Mace Group, latterly as Chief Operating Officer at Mace.
Alongside his existing role at Mace, Mark is also a Non-Executive Director of FTSE 100 house builder, Taylor Wimpey; Eleco Plc, the AIMS-listed software company where he chairs the ESG Committee, as well as Non-Executive Chairman at private equity-backed Triangle Fire Group, who specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of sprinkler systems in domestic, commercial and retail buildings across the UK.
Mark was chairman of Build UK – the leading representative organisation for the UK construction industry from 2017-2019.
