Mace retains roles on NHS Shared Business Services framework agreement

Mace, the international consultancy and construction company, has been re-appointed to the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) framework agreement, following five years of providing consultancy services through the scheme. 

The newly named Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) framework agreement replaces Construction Consultancy Services 2, and will deliver corporate services to the NHS, providing procurement routes that deliver value for money to the taxpayer. It will operate for four years from August 2023 with an option to extend. 

The framework is the country’s leading supplier of corporate services to the NHS, managing over 40 framework agreements covering a wide range of clinical and corporate goods and services.

Mace has been awarded places on 10 lots, enabling the business to provide a range of project management, quantity and building surveying, net zero consultancy and healthcare planning services. The awarded lots are:

Lot 1 – Architectural Services
Lot 2 – Project Management
Lot 3 – Civil and Structural Engineering
Lot 4 – Quantity Surveyors
Lot 5 – Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Services 
Lot 7 – Multidisciplinary Services
Lot 8 – Building Surveyors 
Lot 9 – Healthcare Planning
Lot 10 – Net Zero, Environmental Consultancy and Sustainability
Lot 11 – Ancillary Services  

Mace’s health and social care team has a strong track record in delivering outstanding services in the UK and around the world. This includes emergency facilities for the Manchester Foundation Trust, a new Children’s Day Treatment Centre for Evelina Children’s Hospital and many other Trusts across England.
