Macro's Maddie Hayes wins 'Newcomer of the Year' at this year’s IWFM Awards

Mace Macro’s Maddie Hayes has been crowned 'Newcomer of the Year' at this year’s Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Awards

The IWFM awards recognise the best-in-class workplace and facilities management services, showcasing the industry’s impact on the society and economy.

Since completing her training programme, Maddie has been working with Macro client Standard Chartered Bank, after joining the team during her final year on the graduate scheme. In her two years with the Bank, she has progressed through the ranks, and is now responsible for overseeing the delivery of soft services across the account internationally.

In early 2019 Maddie moved to Dubai for her role, working closely with the team in the region and the account manager for Standard Chartered Bank.

Ross Abbate, Mace Macro Global Managing Director, said:

“The IWFM Awards are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the rising stars of the facilities and workplace industry. I am very proud of Maddie for her successes and recognition at this year’s awards. Congratulations to Maddie on being awarded Newcomer of the Year”

Maddie Hayes, Mace Macro Soft Services Manager, added:

“It is an honour to have been chosen as this year’s Newcomer of the Year. Since joining the industry my passion for facilities management has grown and I have been lucky to have been given the opportunities that I have in my career. The training and support I have received at Mace Macro, both through the graduate programme and throughout has been amazing and I’d like to thank everyone for helping me get here.”
