Mace completes final touches to Chiltern Place

Mace and Ronson Capital have celebrated the practical completion of their Chiltern Place project, a luxury residential scheme in Marylebone, West London.

Mace has been on-site delivering the 15-storey scheme since 2015. The project consists of 55 luxury flats and a townhouse. It also includes a retail space on the ground floor.

Designed by PLP Architects, the scheme was intended to visually echo the form of the 1960s office block that previously inhabited the site. Sitting near the Marylebone High Street, the project fills a local gap in the market for high-quality residential stock.

Lisa Ronson from Ronson Capital Partners, said:

“Chiltern Place has created 56 outstanding new homes right in the heart of one of London’s most desirable and central locations. Mace has done an exceptional job on this scheme, delivering a build of the highest quality while ensuring that the work was done safely and within budget.

Stephen Pycroft, Mace’s Executive Chairman, said:

“We have, over the last two years, worked closely with Ronson Capital Partners and PLP Architects to create an iconic new architectural reference point for Marylebone.  It has been a hugely rewarding project to work on and we are immensely proud of the end result.”
