Our Polish business was launched in the 1990s born from a keenness to further strengthen one of Europe’s fastest growing economies. In the intervening years we have delivered over 100 projects across Poland in a variety of sectors, including the award winning Zlote Tarasy, which at the time smashed records as the largest mixed-use development in central Europe.

We have 20 years' experience in the market working for international funders, global clients and foreign direct investors.

Our range of service offers includes technical due diligence, cost management, project management and construction management.

We have had more than 100 commissions across Poland, with landmark projects in central Warsaw including Rondo 1, a 100,000 square metre, 40-storey commercial tower designed by SOM architects and the famous Hotel Europejski, which is due to open in 2017.

Our experience spans a range of sectors including commercial offices, retail, residential, warehouses and transport.
