She continues to shape the narrative behind Mace Consult’s transformation as an independent organisation, and in the development of its market differentiator as the leading and go-to programme delivery consultancy. Working closely with the senior leadership team, she leads multidisciplinary global teams focused on elevating Mace Consult’s profile and supporting its mission to help clients deliver their capital projects from strategy through to execution.
