David Martin is the Managing Director for Mace Consult in Asia Pacific, responsible for driving innovation and consistent programme delivery across diverse markets in the region. A chartered civil engineer, he has led major programmes throughout Europe and APAC, including capital investment portfolios valued up to AUD 93 billion.
David’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, with a focus on shaping the systems, processes and governance that bring clarity and predictability to largescale, long-term programmes. Having played an instrumental role in globally recognised projects such as the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, he understands the importance of creating delivery models that withstand scrutiny when failure is not an option. Under his leadership, the APAC hub is helping clients deliver infrastructure and places that create long-term social and economic value across the region.
