Dan Easthope is Managing Director for Global Operations, responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, assurance, compliance and health & safety across Mace Consult. With more than 35 years of experience spanning consultancy, commercial, operational and contractor roles, he brings a rare depth of cross sector insight across defence, healthcare, education, justice, pharmaceuticals and mixed-use development.
Dan plays a critical role in building the systems, tools and processes that underpin Mace Consult’s global consistency and supports predictable outcomes for clients, especially on programmes where clarity is essential. A champion of collaborative working and talent development, he is committed to nurturing future leaders – particularly graduates and apprentices – to support the organisation’s long-term growth.
