Ceri Evans is Global Head of Cost and Commercial Management, specialising in pricing, supply chain, governance and how innovation can be harnessed throughout all stages of the project lifecycle as the world becomes more digitally enabled. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across the UK, Saudi Arabia, North America, Canada and Australia, she brings a unique perspective from working as a client, consultant and contractor.
Ceri is responsible for driving commercial excellence across all markets, promoting collaborative contracting models and mitigating risk on major capital and infrastructure programmes. She supports clients delivering complex investments where cost certainty and disciplined commercial strategy are critical. Under her leadership, the cost and commercial function plays a central role in enabling predictability and long-term value on programmes including transportation systems that move millions daily, energy networks that power economies and urban developments that regenerate cities.
