Caroline is Mace’s Global Head of Programme and Project Management and interim Global Head of Advisory. She is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of delivery excellence across four international hubs, ensuring the organisation continues to lead on giga and mega programmes around the world.
With over 20 years of experience in programme, project and construction management across both public and private sectors, Caroline supports clients on everything from delivery models and transformation programmes to lender’s advisory roles. She is known for her ability to bring structure and clarity to inherently complex programmes, helping clients deliver when certainty of outcome is paramount. Passionate about developing talent, she champions knowledge sharing, coaching and continuous improvement across a global community of more than 2,500 programme and project management professionals.
