Since 2017, our partnership with YMR – driven by shared values and ambition – has combined Mace’s international expertise with YMR’s local market knowledge to elevate project delivery.

Serving clients in industrial and logistics, healthcare, housing, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and commercial real estate, we have delivered and are working on a number of major projects in Kenya, and across East Africa, including the Global Trade Centre Nairobi, King Faisal Hospital Kigali, Arena Mall Kampala and the AGL Multipurpose Terminal Zanzibar.
