David Allen is Mace Construct’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for shaping and delivering the financial strategy.
David has more than 20 years’ experience in the built environment. Before joining the company, he spent almost seven years at Wates Group, the majority as Chief Executive. Before this, he was Crossrail’s Finance Director and Finance Director of Laing O’Rourke’s European construction business. Before entering the construction industry, David worked for Accenture, HSBC Investment Bank and Arthur Andersen.
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He is a Member of the Institute of Directors.
