Zoe Madams is the Global Head of PMO and Planning for Mace Consult, playing a pivotal role in shaping and elevating programme delivery excellence across the organisation. She leads global initiatives to embed world class best practices that strengthen governance, planning standards, insight and integrated controls across major programmes and portfolios. With more than a decade at Mace, Zoe has been instrumental in building the company’s project controls capability, establishing its first Project Controls Function following the London 2012 Olympic Games and subsequently helping to shape major programmes including the Lima Pan American Games and key National Highways initiatives.
Zoe also oversees Mace Consult’s client facing digital solutions, driving the development and adoption of innovative tools that enhance predictability and performance. Driven by a passion for simplifying complexity, she supports clients in delivering programmes that create legacies, which anchor communities for decades.
