Oliver (Oli) Conde is the Global Work Winning Director for Mace Consult, responsible for driving strategic pursuits, pipeline development, client account management and new market entry across the organisation. Over more than a decade with Mace, he has held leadership roles in the UK and internationally, including Regional Director for Latin America, where he delivered major programmes in Peru and spearheaded growth efforts in Colombia and Mexico.
Oli’s experience spans nuclear, major sporting events and social infrastructure, including work on the London Legacy Development Corporation and the transformation of the Olympic Stadium. He brings a deep understanding of how to position Mace Consult’s expertise on complex, high-profile programmes. His leadership ensures the business continues to grow in markets where clients rely on partners capable of delivering projects and shaping long-term outcomes that endure.
