Mace Construct is a private company, based in the UK. Our highly experienced board sets and implements our strategy, leading and overseeing business operations. The board is bolstered by six non-executive directors (NEDs) bringing deep cross-sector experience and leadership. They ensure that our most important decisions are open to independent challenge and scrutiny.
Our five board sub-committees – Audit and Risk, People and Remuneration, Nominations, Safety and Responsible Business, and Investment and General Purpose allow oversight across our operations and enable mitigation of corporate risk, aligning with our values; safety first, integrity, client focus, and creating opportunity. Three of these committees are chaired by non-executive directors, to ensure impartiality and accountability.
