The aim of the programme is to equip participants with the skills required to become the industry's best leaders, as they build skills in creating strategy, setting direction, engaging teams, leading change, and building deeper, trusted relationships with clients.
Run in partnership with Imperial College Business School, this programme aims to give Assistant Managers and Managers the skills they need to successfully manage people, projects and teams, building the confidence to tackle larger, more complex roles and assignments in the future.
Run in partnership with Cranfield University School of Management, this programme builds the skills and capability of Associate Directors and above to lead larger, more complex programmes.

We support our people who are aiming to achieve an academic or professional qualification that will help them develop and deliver to the highest standard for our clients. This includes working to achieve professional membership of bodies including the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
We help our people to access the required technical training to carry out their role effectively. This will be through internal or external courses or by providing them with time and financial support to complete self-study.
To get the best out of our people we recognise our managers need to be empowered to create the best environment for their teams to excel. We offer our comprehensive 'Mace Manager' training to all our people who line manage teams or individuals. 
Mace is an accredited provider for APM training. This enables us to train our people to a recognised high standard in project management skills.
