The role:

Due to a sustained period of growth we are recruiting for a Planning Manager to join our growing Healthcare team.



  • To maintain and progress the Master Schedule from which to monitor, analyse, report and forecast project and programme performance
  • To support the Planning lead in providing robust schedule data and reporting to help the Programme deliver on time and to budget. 
  • Support the Planning Lead in developing the Master Integrated Schedule as required by the Programme
  • Support the validation process that all schedules are updated, reviewed and approved in accordance with the agreed reporting cycle
  • Support acceptance of programmes from Consultants and Contractors at project level
  • Support the execution of schedule management activities and/or the embedding of these activities into the “business as usual” processes.
  • Provide monthly progress updates
  • Establish and maintain the Programme Baseline
  • Tracking and reporting of current schedule trends and key interdependencies 
  • Support the Planning Lead and Risk Manager in performing qualitative and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) for the overall Programme. 

About you:

Experience of project planning for Construction projects

Intermediate user of Primavera P6

Experience working on projects/programmes using NEC Contracts

Degree qualified in a relevant field
