The opportunity

Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world.

To manage and deliver the maintenance requirements for the properties located at the head office in Cheltenham.

To manage and support with all contact with clients, suppliers and internal staff within the headquarters environment.

To deliver excellent customer service to exceed the client’s expectations.

To work 40 hours per week 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday excluding lunch breaks.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Daily management interface towards Stakeholders and customer to ensure SLA’s are met.
  • Managing and delivering all logged and requested tasks/jobs in conjunction with the Mace macro FM24 helpdesk.
  • Ensuring that any client or customer requirements, concerns or complaints are dealt with effectively and communicated accordingly.
  • Managing delivering reports, audits and compliance requests and execute office moves, minor projects and minor works.
  • Providing effective communication and reporting on all services and tasks to the client.
  • Managing supplier contracts, ensuring quality services, value for money and innovative service is provided.
  • Supporting the property team with the delivery of small project works, including moves and churn.
  • Supporting business continuity plans and actively participating in client’s BCP and disaster recovery plans.
  • Undertaking Macro contractual, compliance and technical audits to supplier services.
  • Customer satisfaction is to be maintained to the highest level by providing a high quality and proactive service.
  • Adhering to and promoting organisational values.
  • Checking and controlling all tickets with in SLA and providing feedback to requesters. Checking concept status monthly.
  • Communicating ideas for improving business processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for maintaining this attitude with others.
  • Supporting the Mace Macro FM team to close tickets in FM24 helpdesk on a regular basis.
  • Looking for new opportunities to improve processes, service levels and standards.
