The International Technology Business Unit (ITBU) is delivering a number of data centres across Europe - currently in Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands and Ireland with opportunities for further expansion in Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating all site staff and liaising closely with HSE, design and commercial teams.
- Supporting the construction teams in all aspects of construction.
- Developing client relationships.
- Ensuring good quality technical support in all areas.
- Understanding all relevant drawings relating to your area of work and assess/advise on build ability and product selection.
- Recording and updating detailed progress reports, changes and issues for areas of responsibility.
- Establishing relationships with project partners and other key stakeholders.
- Setting-up regular, clear lines of communication to address issues that may arise.
- Organising and leading regular site progress meetings with subcontractors to monitor progress, ensuring site directors are updated on all issues.
- Providing drive to the project programme and ensure subcontractors meet the requirements for the programme, quality, and in working safely.
- Advising project team and commercial team of any cost/program implications.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a data centre, construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
