Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Devising strategies for targeting new client to achieve growth across the region.
  • Overseeing the regional effectiveness of the bid and marketing teams.
  • Evaluating existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
  • Setting targets for new business development for the region and bid team.
  • Interviewing and hiring new members of the regional bid team as a result of new growth.
  • Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.
  • Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.
  • Setting up and attending meetings with targeted clients to sell the company’s services.
  • Assist in implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.
  • Acting as a key contact for potential customer accounts.
  • Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.
  • Setting tough but achievable revenue targets for the region.
  • Negotiating new contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability.
  • Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business development in the region.
  • Attending and coordinating industry trade events on a regular basis; at least bi-weekly to achieve a presence in the professional community.
