Our dedicated commercial office fit out provider, Como, has a breadth of experience in the London fit out market that is hard to match, from commercial offices to demanding retail interiors and public estates such as government ministry buildings. For clients in the science and technology sector, with secure data centre facilities, fit outs are delivered through our dedicated science and technology team.

Como offers fit out from shell and core (Cat A) for developers, to bespoke fit out (Cat B) for clients, and internal refurbishment services on existing spaces, on projects of any size and under all forms of contract including construction management. Often these projects are carried out in occupied space, which requires specialised planning and attention to detail, but allows our clients to carry on working with minimal disruption.

Como's fit out teams represent the best in the business, ensuring clients' facilities are a delight to work in and represent real long-term value for money. The business has won three prestigious BCO (British Council of Offices) Awards for projects including the new headquarters buildings for Johnson and Johnson, fashion retailer Reiss and 3i plc in London's Victoria.
