As a contractor and consultant, we provide a truly unique consultancy offering to utilities clients facing the challenge of managing major portfolios of capital maintenance projects while minimising risks. We've developed integrated solutions, processes and systems, and successfully applied them to complex infrastructure projects such as Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport and regulated sector programmes for energy and utility clients. The challenges facing regulated clients are now greater than ever. Increasingly demanding regulatory targets to maintain or improve network performance safely and efficiently must be met despite an ageing asset base in need of increased investment.

Our success is based on addressing specific and individual customer needs with tailored solutions that optimise resources and costs. We build in enhanced reliability throughout the supply chain such that it will operate in the most effective manner consistent with our clients' long-term business goals. This approach is being successfully applied to our ongoing commission with Three Valleys Water (now Veolia Water), on which we delivered £320m of improvements to the water supply infrastructure in the south east of England.
