The Savoy refurbishment

Mace delivered a raft of upgrades and refurbishments to The Savoy, a hotel that has been synonymous with quality and luxury since it opened its doors in 1889. Mindful of maintaining its pre-eminent position, The Savoy decided on an extensive set of renovations, taking in rebuilding works, upgrades to guest rooms and back-of-house areas, installation of new lifts and an overhaul of existing plant and services. Mace is working with the company as construction and commissioning project managers, bringing a wealth of experience in dealing sensitively with historic buildings to this complex project.
