Shaping the Warsaw skyline

Mace worked with contractor Hochtief to project manage the construction of the Rondo 1 commercial office development, a modern and exciting addition to the centre of Warsaw.
Rondo 1 is a 100,000m2 commercial office development in Warsaw, Poland.

At 194 metres, the 40-storey building has two basement levels and includes office space with car parking, retail and restaurants. Mace worked with contractor Hochtief to project manage construction of the development which was designed by AZO architects together with Skidmore Owings and Merrill.

Striking architectural features include three external transparent elevator systems for a total of 18 lifts and sky bridges which give access to the different floors. Completed in 2005, Rondo 1 provides the Warsaw financial centre with new, high quality office space.
