An excellent start
Mace Group and its contracting subsidiary Mace Plus have been appointed to the IESE (Improvement and Efficiency South East) framework, to deliver a programme of building works to schools and public buildings in the south east of England.
Mace Plus is one of eight contractors appointed to deliver schools, adult day care centres, nursing homes and civic centres under a four year framework agreement with the IESE. Under the framework agreement Mace Plus has already been appointed to deliver three school projects: the £29m rebuild of Teddington Comprehensive school for Richmond Borough Council, the £38m St. Bartholomew's School for West Berkshire Council and the £32m Garth Hill School for Bracknell Forest Council.
In terms of geographical scope, the framework covers the South East of England including the Isle of Wight and has an anticipated spend of £1.6 billion. Hampshire County Council is leading the framework on behalf of IESE.
Mace Group is seconded to the IESE's building workstream to provide project management support on the framework.
Mace Plus role:
