The Seef District project is a mixed used, Sharia-compliant and sustainable development with 3 office towers, one 5 star hotel, a residential tower, mixed retail and car parking. The proposed development will occupy a total area of 192,312 square metres.

The client, First Kuwait Al Seef Real Estate Development WLL. (FKAS) is a regional real estate development company established to develop demand driven projects and aims to deliver superior quality and world class developments.

FKAS aims to capitalize on the potential of the Seef area and specifically on the proximity of the site location to other like wise prestigious developments like Bahrain Bay Development, Bahrain Financial Harbour and Bahrain City Centre.
