Towering over the sea

In 2005 Mace delivered the first phase of Dubai Marina, one of the cornerstones of the emirate's real estate market.
Mace project managed the first phase of Dubai Marina which was developed by Emaar Properties PJSC as a visionary new high rise residential district of Dubai.

This new district will be developed over the next 15-20 years and will be focused around a four kilometre long man-made inland waterway fed by the Arabian Gulf. The completed Dubai Marina is now home to approximately 44,000 residents.
The first completed buildings form a condominium complex of six towers on a two level podium at the north east corner of the marina.

The six towers managed by Mace range from 19 to 40 storeys above the podium, and comprise 1,022 one, two and three bedroomed apartments. In addition, 64 large luxury villas ring the development at podium level.
The podium provides undercover parking for 2,200 cars, and the public area facing onto the marina incorporates retail and restaurant outlets.
