Information

In 2007, Como delivered a fit out for the AGO in central London which incorporated several security and sustainable components.

This project for central gvernment involved the refurbishment of an existing building in Victoria Street to create new offices for the Attorney General's Office (AGO). The project comprised the fit out of 8 floors including an upgrade of the all toilet and common areas as well as extensive remodelling of the ground floor reception and entrance screen.

As a site for central government occupation the building's security profile was of utmost importance and high specification bomb resistant glazing systems were part of the measures installed. Another important aspect on the project was sustainability with the project team tasked with achieving a good / above average rating. With teams working together to ensure this happened, the project achieved an "Excellent" BREEAM rating.
