Absheron Hotel

Mace is undertaking the role of employer's representative on this high profile project. This involves overall management of the project and managing all commercial aspects, with a focus on procurement, change management and cost control and reporting. The Absheron Hotel is currently 228 key luxury five-star hotel to be operated under the JW Marriott brand. The hotel is set to be complete and ready for occupation in July 2011. The façade of the hotel and exterior landscaped areas reflect the prestigious location of the building as well as the importance of the Absheron; in its pre-vious form it was an important building and landmark in the city of Baku.
