Paul currently manages Sense's work in the northern region of the UK.
He has worked within most sectors of the industry in cost consultancy, project management and monitoring surveyor capacity of project delivery since 1987 but particularly within the private sector of commercial office, industrial and distribution, residential and hotels.
Clients include and have included, Nordex UK, Siemens, Crosby Homes, Amec Developments, Manchester Airport Developments, ROK Development Ltd, Manchester University, Singer and Friedlander, Bank of Ireland and Santander.
Has experience in all aspects of cost consultancy from: pre-acquisition due diligence and feasibility; development appraisals; tenant, developer, fund and contractor negotiations through to project completion, expert witness and dispute resolution.
