Sense appoints three new operations directors

Sense Cost Consultancy, part of the Mace Group, is pleased to welcome three new operations directors to the business: James Dickson who is responsible for developer and end user clients, Peter Hemingway who is responsible for the Sense team within CLM delivery partner and Mike Sinnott who is responsible for developing and delivering work in the public sector.

James Dickson joins from Northcroft. He has enjoyed a varied career working on some of the city's highest profile projects and gaining considerable experience both as cost consultant and employer's agent.

James' recent clients include Tishman Speyer, Deutsche Bank, Scottish Widows, Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis. He has also worked with smaller residential developers.

Peter Hemingway joined Sense in April 2007 and was promoted in December 2007 to be responsible for work in the Infrastructure sector. Peter brings a wealth of experience of commercial management of large programmes where he has worked with some of the UK's largest construction clients across transport, infrastructure and urban regeneration sectors.

Peter's recent clients include Network Rail, the Environment Agency, Anglian Water, the Highways Agency and Ashwell Developments.

Mike Sinnott joins from Tribal Group where he was director of quantity surveying. He will be responsible for developing and delivering work within the public sector. His recent experience includes advising further education colleges including Croydon College, Gateway College Leicester and Cambridge Regional College on their major development projects. He has also assisted in the preparation of funding applications from the Learning and Skills Council and advised the Department of Children, Families and Schools as a fund monitor on the academies programme.
