Mace presents at supply chain conference

In late 2007 Mace project manager Tony Gale was invited to address a supply chain management conference for product suppliers.
In an overall programme designed to advise manufacturers and suppliers on the operation of supply chains, Tony's presentation was specific to construction and project management. He described how a client would procure and manage a project and how that would impact on the supply chain's involvement and appointment on a typical project.
The delegate manufacturers and suppliers gave positive feedback on the event although there was some constructive criticism of the industry in relation to the pricing pressures on manufacturers and suppliers.
