sample "While I was on placement at Mace I decided that I really enjoyed the job and wanted to carry on so I transferred on to a part time degree which meant I could keep my job and complete the degree. It gave me the edge, companies are always going to choose the person that has the experience and especially in construction, on site experience is really needed." (Matthew, assistant commercial manager – Completed the scheme in 2011)

Nida, project manager "Mace not only supports its employees, it trusts them too. The graduate training programme is a unique opportunity to reflect with like-minded peers. At all levels within the company, people live Mace's values with an honest desire to be the best. The freedom and responsibility the company gives you really encourages innovation. " (Nida, project manager - Completed the scheme in 2011)
