Meet Mace at RESI 2011

With the UK’s housing shortage now a well-established fact and a government wrestling with how to increase residential supply as quickly as possible, there’s never been a more important year for the RESI conference, the foremost annual event for residential property companies. With a long history of delivering residential projects in both private and public sectors, Mace will of course be in attendance.

Meet Mace at RESI 2011

This year’s RESI conference and exhibition is being held on 15-16th September at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales. This two day networking event brings together key decision makers from the residential property, public sector and house building markets.

 
New for RESI 2011 is the Development Forum, which Mace is sponsoring alongside Clearview Homes. The Development Forum is a space for local authorities, registered local landlords and house builders to network, showcase opportunities and explore how effective partnerships can kick-start development in the current economic climate.

• Simon Underwood - residential sector director who has substantial experience in public and private sector residential development.
• Kevin Cowin - operations director responsible for housing an urban regeneration in London and the south east.
• John Boulby - operations director responsible for public sector agencies and local authorities in the north and north west.
