Mace completes Pullman Hotel for client Majid Al-Futtaim

Built next to one of the world's largest shopping malls, the Pullman Dubai Mall of the Emirates opened its doors on 7th September 2010. The 25-storey luxury hotel features 481 guest rooms including 94 suites, two restaurants, a pool and spa lounge, 800 square meters of meeting space, nine rooms with individual pre-function areas, board rooms, and several venues for cocktail receptions and creative breaks, two indoor swimming pools with one lap pool as well as a jacuzzi.

This completion is a fantastic achievement by the Mace team, and a culmination of hard work and determination despite many challenges. The four-star Pullman Dubai Mall of the Emirates is one of the two hotels that form part of the Mall of the Emirates shopping complex for Majid Al Futtaim, and is located on the east side of the development.

The first floor is linked to the Mall of the Emirates shopping mall and accommodates a Jamie Oliver restaurant, while the 24th floor boasts a tranquil rooftop spa that has spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab, and the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa.
