Mace appoints Nick Demain as country manager for South Africa

Mace has appointed Nick Demain as country manager of South Africa.

With 16 years of experience managing challenging international projects, Nick will work with a range of clients on market-defining projects. The Group is looking to explore opportunities within South Africa having already procured and delivered a number of projects across the continent.

Nick and his team will work with a range of clients on market-defining projects. So far, Mace has been appointed on project, programme, construction and cost management roles on a variety of private sector mixed-use, retail and commercial schemes. In South Africa, Mace is placed on numerous framework agreements to meet real estate and infrastructure requirements for public sector clients.

Mace has a permanent office in Johannesburg in which it will coordinate operations.
