Mace has worked in Spain since 1999 providing a range of consultancy services including project management and construction delivery, facilities management and technical due diligence.

Our team’s excellence has been hailed across the industry, and Mace received the Best Project Award for the Gran Vía de Vigo Shopping Centre from the Spanish Project Management Association (AEDIP).

In addition to the retail sector the team has built up an unrivalled expertise in other sectors and services including industrial, logistics, commercial and technological where cost and time are essential. Mace has worked for leading developers with complex technical demands.

In recent years the local service offer has been expanded to additional sectors including public, hotel and leisure and residential, providing support and consultancy, adding value to the projects and managing risk prior to any building financial commitment. Mace Management Services is certified with the UNE-EN ISO 9001 Project Management System and UNE-EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Since October 2010, the Spanish team, has also been accredited with ISO14001:2004 by AENOR, recognising the company's record in quality and environmental management.
