Established in 2002 from a highly successful joint venture with a local developer, Mace has an established office in Portugal and a strong track record in the retail, residential and commercial office markets.

In addition to servicing a wide range of clients including leading retail developer Sonae and the Bank of Portugal, the Mace office in Portugal is also a leading part of the team supporting the continued development and expansion of the Algarve tourist area.

The team has recently delivered the country's largest leisure development, a new Formula 1 track which includes associated facilities and a new technology park.
