Mace Group in Germany has developed a project management, construction management, preconstruction consultancy, facilities management and technical due diligence service offer. Working with funds, international banks and local developers the team has built up a portfolio of business in exces of €350m since 2003.

The team also has considerable experience in the refurbishment and expansion of existing buildings while they remain operational. This specialist service often incorporates design and space planning and is offered across the commercial office, hotel and leisure sectors.

With a reputation for providing the highest level of service to all clients, Mace secures considerable repeat business and has worked on projects with a combined floor area of more than three million square metres in the commercial, residential, retail and health sectors.

Mace has offices in Frankfurt and Hamburg and the team has expanded to offer
