Mace expanded to this area to respond to growing development in the region. We are delivering a number of services in this young developing market including project management, construction management, client representative, cost consultancy and facilities management across residential, retail and hospitality projects.

Within the year Mace had successfully been appointed on four major projects, including one of the largest developments currently under construction in Azerbaijan: Port Baku Residence.
